FFXIV RG6 Looking for highly skilled Bard for static and future progression

Hey there! FFXIV Raid group 6 is at the moment looking for a ranged dps to take the place of one of our previous bard. We have been farming T9 for months now, have done a few sells, and before our previous bard left, was around 30-40% on T6 savage.

A T9 Clear is required, with multiple clears a plus. We are a very laid back and social group (love to kid and joke around) but when it comes to progression all the standard static rules apply (must come prepared, be on time, punctual).

We are planning on just doing regular 6-9 clear for the next 2 weeks since we are in a mini-reformation phase, but savage and 2.4 is ultimately what we are aiming for.
