City wide music

In 1.0 during events, the music would play through the entire city at night time. Hopefully they go back to this because I feel more involved in the events rather than having the sit the the Gridania amphitheater to listen the the music. The music playing in the center of the home districts is a nice touch but I still want to hear the music through the entire zone.

Oh god, the easter song that played, playing through all of the town? Yes please...
