Limit Leves to Classes, not Characters! (Spirit of Fatigue = horizontal Progression)

First off all i think there is a need now, to allow us to do more leves.
The reason is simple. After patch 1.18 leves are all about speed. So you finish one leve in 3-5min, if you want to play efficient.
That is what I am doing, and at this rate i finish my 8 leves in 45min.

The first step could be to reduce the gil reward and the waiting timer from 36h to 24h. So we can do our (now) shorter leves every day.

Another issue, which is more important for me is, that at the moment this leve system is designed for leveling one job at the time, but the game demands a "horizontal" progression and cross class skills.
Now you need to do all the leves with one class to progress at a good rate.
Leveling 2 or 3 classes at the same time is impossible, because you can do only 3 leves every 36h with one class.

I would like a system where the leves are limited for the class and not the character. This would motivate players to play different classes, which is a pillar of FFXIV philosophy.

So my idea of the perfect leve system would look like.

-Reset timer 24h.
-5-6 leve limit per class.
-reducedet gil
-reduced faction points

So you can play one class 30-60min a day.
People with a lot of time, can progress with 2-3 classes, instead of progressing with one class 2-3 times faster. So basically what they intended with fatigue.

Also: People who want to play all day, still need to grind, if they want the additional progress for their class.

The perfect system in my opinion.

Good Idea I think that they really need to open up the game to encourage the leveling of multiple classes. Unlike FFXI where you need to go to your house to change jobs here you jsut need to change your weapons so they should encourage the ability to want to make the switch and level other classes. I really like this idea :D

If you reduce the cooldown timer on leves or let players do them more they will absolutely burn out on leves. I would personally increase the leve timer to 48 hours, especially if Square, and most people, don'tt want leves to be the focus of the game in the future.

Leves are repetitive, extremely tedious, and require more travel time than combat time: AKA, they have most of the qualities that drive players away from games and not towards them.

A better option is getting an alternative way to earn guild marks than only through leves.

And they are also currently the best method for gaining sp for people who can't log a lot of time online. Let's not forget about that. Increasing the leve reset timer does not solve the issues you pointed out. More variety, more interesting tasks, and better travel would do more for them.

We're in a transitional patch. We were all aware of that going into this one.

they are gonna have a ticket system for leves. Im not exactly sure what this means by there is a change coming. I think it will be like you get 8 tickets every 36 hours but if you dont use them they dont expire and you can accumulate up to 2-3 days worth of tickets. this was mentioned by a dev in a thread about people feeling like they have to do thier leves everyday or they miss out on the sp.

I'm honestly not sure what point you're trying to make here. I know more adjustments are on the way. The fact remains that increasing the leve reset timer does not solve the problem.
