Crash on teleport, and cannot log back with that character

Time: August 25 was the first occourance, around 6pm PST
Frequency: Seem to happen everytime I teleport, but I'm not 100% sure as I cannot log back in to test.
World name: Behemoth

Class/Level: Marauder/25
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: no idea
Area and coordinates: Teleport from Limsa to Swiftperch, then Teleport from Limsa to Aleport. Both crashed.
Steps:
1. Log in the character
2. Teleport to Switfperch or Aleport
3. Crash on loading
4. Try to log back in, and it crashes again on loading

Additional information:
If someone else tries to log the character, it works normally. However, I'm still unable to log back in while the character is close to the teleport location, only after Return is pressed.

It's not a problem with my computer/connection because the game runs normally for other characters, and was running normally until the first crash. My guess is a bugged equipment.

I'm unable to play my main character for more than 24 hours now, and the GM refused to simply move my character to fix the issue (ticket 4106727).

The thread has no activity for 4 months, so I posed this new one.

I managed to do some tests here with the help of a friend, and found that Western La Noscea is completely bugged for me, I cannot access it via ship or Teleport. All other places seem to be working fine. It has to be something new to the map upon reaching lv25 Marauder, possibly a new quest? I've done plenty of things there until then with no issues.

EDIT: I also tried reducing graphics and removing equips to teleport, none worked.
