Don't leave us, Yoshi-P!
[20:42]Wandering Minstrel: And when your journey comes to an end, who will you be? Though my heart longs to know, my own journey may take me to another land, down that nameless corridor of shades and sprites... Let me, then, leave you with a gift.
I nearly cried.. Will he ever? I wonder if the journey would be the same if someone else took over.

Well, that led me to think that he'll be leaving XIV at some point, if not the near future.. while it's still running. I surely do hope not!
-
I don't think it means he's leaving any time soon. Just his character.
-
He is just saying that he might go to another land, but its just his character, since the wandering already appeared before and disappeared. Maybe he is talking about the new land in expansion? =P
-
Don't worry - he hasn't gone far. He's gone back to his spot inside Seventh Heaven in Revenant's Toll, where he sings for gil and creates battles out of thin air. ;)

Also, the rising vendor is 1.0 Minfilla >.>

Spoiler thread is spoiler.
Although with new expansions mean new land so it could be that.
-
Well, I do hope he gets more chances to work on more projects. Things that really push his creative side.

I think he's a great guy for all the work he's done that has made the game a better place than it once was. For all the criticism I have for games in this genre, I have the greatest respect for anyone who tries to make one of these games due to the fact that it's an incredible design challenge. That being said, lead designers change hands on MMORPGs over the years for that very reason. It's just not healthy for them in the long run to stick to the same project, in my opinion.
