Can't log onto character in North Shroud..

Hello,

I believe my character is stuck in the world after teleporting. I am currently at the North Shroud aetheryte and my game crashes upon login every time. Other characters work just fine. The same issue happens on all PCs in my home (crash@now loading screen). I have attempted to login many times over the past couple hours to no avail.

I submitted a GM ticket requesting my character to be moved to a safe spot and was told GMs cannot move players.............please help!! This is incredibly frustrating and is occurring on MULTIPLE COMPUTERS.
