Awesome GM service!

Hey guys, brand new to the forums! I finally signed up just to give praise to the GM's of FFXIV, specifically GM Kroyipi! I had to ask for GM assistance TWICE today and both times he was the one to help me out. He was freaking amazing! Funny and professional while being as informative as possible while operating within the rules GM's have to abide.

He also posed for a screenshot with me after saving me when I got stuck underground XD

He's pretty cool, all three GMs I've had were great.

Out of curiosity how does one contact a GM. I've been around for a whole year and I realized I have no idea how to get their attention in game. Or out of game for that matter.

Under support in the main menu, contact us, then choose the right option. Like bug, harassment, suggestion- be detailed for best results (turn on time stamps :) ).

Lol, I'm pretty sure it was him- unless they troll each other with similar names :P. I do have to say their service was awesome, I was partially disappointed there was no way to say they exceeded expectations. I suppose you found it :)

Just wanted pass by and let you know that you are awesome too Nova Rox, and that I feel lucky that I had the chance to remove you from the underground society today. ^_^

Also, I am sorry that I was not able to pose for you Shougun :( Probably I didn't have my haircut done that day! xD

All jokes aside though, you guys and girls are all awesome and I definitely appreciate all the kind words! I hope we will meet again under positives circumstances!

If it was a particularly busy day and you logged out, then it might be just sitting in your history- also some of the issues they can only pass on to their special ninja forces.. That's obviously a secret :P
