is it right, that there is a 100% chance to get a demimateria if you bind the item before you desynthesize it?

No, that is incorrect. I also have not noticed any appreciable difference between an item that is 100% bonded and an item that is not bonded at all. Both appear to have the same demimateria yield.

Thanks for the fast answer. I thought to bind them first, but if the chance is the same, i can save the time :D
