The price of different server

The price of Throne Gem in our server(Zodiark) is 3mil, someone buy it with 5mil so everyone begin to sell it on 5mil, even no one buy it.
As well as Levin Orb, he buy it with 5mil. And Glazemut, he buy it with 3mil. And fie3, he buy it with 1mil.

When I come to Odin or Behemut, I find everything is so cheap. Throne Gem, 300k/30k; Levin Orb, 300k/30k; Glazemut 300k/60k. fie3 300k/100k.

I believe the price of those server is reasonable, people can buy it without RMT. So what happened to our server? Why everything is so expensive?

If someone of Behemut take 10mil items come to our server, he will earn 1000mil. That is not a joke. I know people cannot transfer to our server cause its a new server.

So, why?

The bigger the server is the more will craft. The market will have more competition and that drives prices down.

Inflation. Cerberus has high prices as well for a lot of the stuff.

Ultros suffers from this as well. Market is a damn rip-off to the max, it only suites those that can buy gil with real money because the prices are so atrocious.

That's how all MMOs are.

We have an item with a 300 money value.
I just want to clear out my inventory and get some spending money, I sell it for 250 money.
You want to sell the item for what it's worth and in doing so make some money, you sell it for 300 money.
They want to maximize the amount of money gained, so they find a sucker and they sell it for 500 money.

Of course this is just scratching the surface, I'm not an MMO economist so I won't delve deeper.

It's a new server, so those who can craft well are in high demand. Low supply and high demand means they can up the prices. As the server ages and more people can start to craft the items the prices should, in theory, settle.

Gil Buyers causing insane Inflation.

Either by directly buying those items for insane prices, or allowing other players to by buying T9 kills for 100mil (for example) or other such stupidity.
