How to get Ixali Oaknots?

I have done a bunch of Ixali quests already but havent got any oaknots...

Is this only obtainable from higher level/rank Ixali quests??

Y.........yes.

Anybody who has been pushing hard since patch, is at least rank 4 by now. When we know, you will know.

Ok i just got back yesterday after being away on a trip for 2 weeks, thx for the confirmation.

Couldnt find any info online except for xivdb.com that lists them for some quest rewards that seem high rank.

They begin dropping at the +29 rep quests, which is 5th tier.

Just completed the quest to get to the 5th tier, which happened to have an Oaknot as a reward. Here's a look at the items you can get from it, at least from this tier:
