PvP Action Upgrade issue when playing on 2 different PCs.

Issue: When upgrading a PvP action on Account-A/PC-A, it seems that the same action is not updated on Account-A/PC-B.

The config file has to be re-exported to PC-B each time a PvP action is being upgraded. I assume that it's being updated locally on PC-A only.

This could potentially cause a more important issue if one action is being upgraded once on PC-A and then a second time on PC-B (if it's still possible at this point).

Steps:
1- Install the game on PC-A and PC-B.
2- Log on Account-A on both PCs.
3- Upgrade a PvP action on PC-A
Result: The same ability is not upgraded on PC-B, even after relaunching the game.
