Barely hanging on in Dungeon/fights sometimes

I am wondering, if the below has happened to other pple too. I am not sure if its the game or my own graphics card.
Some times during either leves/dungeons/fighting
i never crash but there are times that my FPS goes to like 2.0-3.0 and the game just MASSIVELY lags, slows, stutters for some reason. During this time, i can type and press buttons but of course the outcome lags/delays with that sort of fps >_>; I also do get that red disconnecting sign on my characters head. I can see it too as well as others so it seems like im just barely hanging on. The problem is fixed when i close the game and relog back. My game settings are not maximized and its around standard.

The graphics card is a new one an im not sure if i got a faulty one and replace it or if its the game itself. My card is GTX560Ti and normally runs at about 67-71C with about 30-40 fps :(

this game really drive everyones system whacko /sigh haha

I get like 5-10 seconds of a massive lag burst every hour but it goes away. Not sure why but for those 5-10 secs I cant do anything. Not like your problem I guess but its somewhat similar and I have no idea why it happens.

what's your setting and what's your computer spec? i know your gpu.. what bout others? :P
