Right Mouse click disabled in other apps (specifically browser)

Greetings,

I have encountered an issue when playing XIV. Play on PC in Borderless Windowed mode and use a controller.

It seems after playing for a bit, if I alt-tab and go to my desktop or browser my right mouse button does not work.

Mildly frustrating. Was curious if anyone had a suggestion as to why this might be happening (It only happens when playing XIV).

Does not happen here im afraid, though i do not use a controller, so it becomes a potential variable.
