Vote Kick Abuse For No Reason

Been hearing ppl are abusing the Vote kick people like almost always near the end of last boss of a Dungeon to bring in their lazy members or such.

Even if you did a good job they kick you for no reason. WTF is going on with the Community now.

System > Support Desk > Contact Us > Report Harassment.

Include as much detail as you can, including time of the run / timestamp if there was a chat prior to the kick.

This is far more rare than the forum makes you think it is. There is a problem with some people abusing votekick, but it is far from "awalys".

Avoid DF, i never use it, unless it's for something serious or short.

If you read the forums it is Doom & Gloom :

- Game will fail (eg : monthly sub vs free)
- Class job will fail (I want it like I say! eg SMN)
- People are mean they kick you non stop (we only have one side of story, can happen but never witnessed directly)
- People loot what I want to loot make it stop!
- I Stayed connected 8 hours chatting with friends, did 1 fate, OMG ATMA is broken 8 hours trying!
- Bring back Gazillion xp FATE!
- Hunts! it is the end of the world (past, present, future)
- I leave if...
- Tackle box or Riot!..well this one is valid :)

Better stay focus on the nice threads like GIF thread, Top Model, genuine help and guides :)

And as it was pointed out if this happen just report.

I too have experienced this more than once. Due to it, I never ever need/greed/pass on an item if possible, until we are inside the next boss. Especially not on the way to last one.

And if anyone ever asks what item you're after, especially in ST. Lie. I used to give people benefit of the doubt, but its happened enough times and I search lodestone and see I'm being asked by a 6 man FC or something. Its not even worth it to just be quiet. I've had people kick me just before Acheron because they merely suspected I was after oil or UAT. Now I never ever pass on Amon items no matter what, out of fear of someone trying to assassinate me before Acheron is pulled.

You need to outright lie to not be kicked by jerks.

Thought you couldn't personally invite people into DF groups, if they are doing this the person joining would have to keep leaving DF until they got the party and even then they might get the 30 min penalty.

Why are you so worried about something you never even experienced?

As people above said, its a pretty rare occurance and you can easily report it to GMs. And in some cases the kick turns out to be justified and people were just playing victim.

As long as the person is ready to queue up as soon as the person in the raid is kicked there can be a pretty good chance they get in.

players from the same FC/LS shouldn't be allowed to vote kick the others.
