Question on Housing Prices

[posting this on behalf of a friend]

Since 2.38 will be adding more wards. I was wondering what some of you payed for your small houses in Ward 6.

I just simply want to know what the prices were on patch day when they added Ward 6.

launch day the cheapest was around 3.9 mil +

It really makes me wonder why they did this, no one in their right mind would pay that much, other then Gill buyers, but they aren't smart to begin with. and i doubt even they would be THAT dumb.

They should simply make them a reasonable price from the start, what exactly was their goal with this method.
