how to start quest for 2nd class relic weapon?

Can't get the quest from rowana , the guy in west thal or gerolt, anyone know how to start another relic reborn quest ?
First ones complete, just on zodiac now.

I am fairly sure you just go out with another Zenith and start farming your ATMA's again and then turn them in.

You need to finish all the job quest first, then go to gerolt.

Silly question, is your first relic quest done?

The normal process is, get fiddy, finish lvl50 job/class quest, go talk to Gerolt in Hyrstmill. Only thing I can think of is if you got your first relic done after the new "requirement" to run AK or Aurum Vale. Like started it before that was introduced then finishing after, would not have required you to do it for your first one. Second one though might, not sure. I have done five so far and have gone right to Gerolt after finishing my lvl50 class/job quest.
