syrcus loot lockout

I started playing again today. Ran Syrcus tower a couple of times. I finally see an item i want to get. But unfortunately need and greed were blocked out and could not click on it. It stated that i have already recieved an item, but looking in my inventory/armory i see nothing there from syrcus at all.

I made a ticket about it. A gm told me to make a thread on the forums for bug. I also want to say how ridiculous it is that i have to make a thread for an issue that I would think a gm would be able to resolve. You can go on my character and see i have not recieved any loot. Once again i just started playing recently and i find that this is a major set back. Please look into this issue. Please look into this.
