Variable, unpredictable crashes

Esuna a player in the "Good to be Bud" fate who is affected by Bad Breath? Crash.
Regen the same player? Crash.
Chocobo timer expires while gathering in Central Thanalan (at the level 50 trees)? Crash.
Someone arrives near me at the same trees to commence an Alexandrite map, rapidly performing Holy against their mobs? Crash. This one I was smart enough to get the problem's signature for.

Am I the only one having this kind of random bad luck with crashes?

The crashes weren't immediately upon loading. They were after inconsistent amounts of time played, anywhere from one minute to one hour.

Im getting same error in Tam Tara Hard mode when i pull boss. First boss dead i can log back in. 2nd boss pull and crash cant log back in.

Clean Win 8.1 install. Clean FF XIV install. Did 2h Memtest, no errors. The game still crashes.

what graphics card do you have.
