Quest highlight item position in wrong position of the map

World name: Lich
Character name: Sumireen Su
Item name: Imperial Shortsword
Class/Level: Bard/45
Party or solo: solo (with Chocobo)
In-game time: 2014-02-21 23:59
Area and coordinates: Coerthas Central Highlands X:9, Y:28
Steps:
1. Get the quest "Doubt Truth to Be a Liar"
2. Make it sure it shows in the tracked quest list
3. Of the three highlighted places, one is misplaced
4. To be sure it wasn't another quest, I collected two of the three items to make sure only place of last item is highlighted
5. As long as the item was not in the highlighted place, I searched around and found the item in another place
