Guildheist "hero on the halfshell" not available

Accepted the quest, "Hest of the best," from the respective NPC. Attempted to que for the guild heist, "hero on the halfshell," but it was not available to me. I only have 3 guild heist available and I have completed them numerous times.

I submitted an in-game bug report and they told me to post it here. I posted it here a few days ago and it was moved to the "working as intended" category. However, I am still having this problem. And why can\\'t I reply on my original post?

if you only have 3, and youre lv 50, you havent done all of them multiple times. completing the last one automatically unlocks the next guildhest.

Which is why I reported this as a bug. I have completed them all and I don't get any new ones.
