Map Size on PS3

So quick question to my fellow PS3 players (or former PS3 Players) out there! I find that now at endgame, when I bring up my map it's just far too big for my tastes. As I'm grinding for Atma and just general overworld and dungeon stuff, I'd like to have the map open, but it's just kind of obnoxiously large right now. I've tried googling the issue, and I've tried going through the UI settings in game, but can't seem to find an option for Map Size.

I've tried looking for some help, but haven't been able to track any down as of yet. So my question to you kind folks is: How can I make my map smaller on the PS3, if I can at all?

You need to use mouse - either real one plugged into USB port or virtual one via controller (press L2 + R3 to toggle virtual mouse on / off, then use right stick to move cursor and L2 / R2 for left / right mouse buttons). Grab the map on the top to move it around, use bottom right corner to resize it. Also - zoom in / out using the + / - buttons on the left side of the map. Pro tip - in most cases you don't need to use the map at all - use the minimap instead. Increase its size in HUD Setup to 140% and zoom fully out using the "-" button on the minimap and in majority of the time you'll be fine looking at / navigating by just the minimap itself.
