S-ranks still phasing in and out when there are large groups

Just did the S-rank for Western La Noscea on Leviathan server. Given that it's still a busy hour for the server, many people were present, and I have heard that this issue was supposedly fixed, but the giant buffalo mob we had to kill kept phasing in and out after it was pulled.

This happened for all of the people in my party as well, so I am curious whether or not there is a change on our side that can be made to help this situation, such as with graphics settings, or whether or not this is still not working as intended and is a bug which needs to be addressed.
