[Bug] Guild Tasks : Broken Rewards?

Screenshot: Did not receive promsied reward.

I was getting a little low on earth shards so from time-to-time I check out the daily guild tasks to see if I can get some earth shards as a reward (way cheaper than buying them, for sure).

The past 5 times I've tried doing it, I don't get the amount of shards it promises me.

At the top of this post I have provided a screenshot of the occurrence.

I made 12 x Cotton Stuffing for the Rank 10 Guild Task for the Weavers' Guild, and instead of getting 100 x Earth Shards, I got 5 x Earth Shards. [edit: ninja typo fix]

Actually if you read the NPC dialog again you will notice that nothing is promised.
