Unable to connect to Data Centre after Coil Disconnect

Time for Coil T8 was running out.
at the last few seconds we wiped & some people started leaving the coil.
after the timer reached 0 it took another 5-10 seconds before it said duty failed.
at that moment everyone disconected from the game.

Noone was able to reconnect, even after restarting the client.
we were able to log into the game, but we were not alloud to join our Data server.
I tried a diffirent data server & this was no problem. after changing back to our own Data server, I disconnected again.

After 30 minuts, the first people could reconnect again.
