Moving decorations from FC house to Private house (in the future)

Has there been any word if we will be able to move the special unique items from our private FC chambers to our private housing with out an repercussions?

For example, the Behemoth mantle piece. If I remove it from the wall, its destroyed.

Seems a little unnecessary, its still my item if i remove it, and its not like i can sell it once I put it on the wall as it is then bound to me.

Another example, What if the FC decides to trash our Medium house and get the Larger one, all those special items would then be gone. I wouldnt think anyone would really want to deal with getting them back again.

With how temporal all houses and private chambers are that are not mansions, I do not know why they add these unretreivable restrictions on items. I have been looking around in houses a lot lately for ideas on decorating or just to see how people are using them, and pretty much only mansion houses have anything 'expensive' like the allagan rugs or whatnot. It is actually hurting the market to make them be destroyed when they are picked up, and I do not see why they do it. If you could retrieve them, more people would buy them for private chambers or when they go to move from a small or medium to a larger house.

To be honest,I have no clue if you'll be able to move "special" items to private housing,my guess,however,is that you can't, assuming it's an item that can't be removed once you place it,etc...

I think the whole reasoning behind making items only placeable once is more of a prestige kind of thing (mainly for the expensive stuff,really) to show off and whatnot,but all we can do is wait and see I guess,hopefully we'll get some dev news here and there about private housing and whatnot (I'd personally love something like a mini garden :D) Sorry for not really anwsering your question but this is the best I can do,I'm afraid x)
