Issue with my new Laptop

Hi Everyone,

I've just bought a new laptop which runs the game super smooth but i'm having an issue with random lag in instances. This lag doesn't seem to affect me or any of the monsters but just other players around me. Every 20 seconds or so my sending drops to 0 for about a second and the other PC players in the party will freeze for that second then quickly catch up once my sending sorts itself out (receiving isn't dropping at all).

I had no problems with this on my PC and I haven't changed my ISP or any of my router settings. I have tried plugging in my laptop using a wired connection but still having the same issue, which makes me think it's a setting on my laptop causing the issue. If anyone has experienced this or knows what could be causing it then please help. It's not a deal breaker as it isn't affecting me too much while fighting (I still managed Titan EX and T6 last night) but it's just really annoying.
