Gear Melding now nerved for items that do not meet the dungeon ilvl requirement

While I appreciate the problem had with people changing gear to a lower ilvl for spiritbonding I feel it is unfair to punish those that still meet the dungeon ilvl requirement overall.

Example: I am a white mage with ilvl 100. Now I equip zicorn accessories (lvl 49 and the meteor survivor ring) this brings my ilvl to 83 which is still 13 more than what is required for the new expert dungeons.

I suggest that rather than punishing people on a per item basis the system should be adjusted to only reduce spiritbond gain on people who don't meet the ilvl requirement overall.

If you go to a level appropriate dungeon, they bond even faster now. For Zircon stuff, that's WP or CM/Prae.

Or better yet, open world solo. I see you're a WHM. Go to any beastman stronghold and go holy crazy. I can Spiritbond a full set of accessories in 20 minutes doing this now. Used to be more like 40 min.
