ST Queue , penalty for not accepting please!

SE please do something. i am paying customer since laugh, i beg that you do something about the ST queues with people declining its been a long time and there is no fix yet, i thot the last patch would fix it, but its still not fixed even now, i am waiting for nearly 1 hour because people not accept the duty.

there is a very simple solution for this, please just do something, try something new. from another game, leage of legends people who do not select a chamption in the selection stage will have 5 minute ban.

you can do something about it, it's a simple as that. make a 5 minute ban for somoene who does not accept an ST/CT queue. you can keep it the same for other dungens because its not a big issue. if the same person does it again, the wait time can be icreased to 15m or 30m as well, maybe upto 1 hour.

I Beg of you SE i love this game , but the queue system is being abused by players who only seek to join active party and get loot without doing the whole dungen. which as we all know is ok, but if they keep re-queue and decline and do it over 10 times in a row, delaying others in the queue then this is a serius problem.

normally i do not complain or raise such issues in the forum, i think somoene would have complained already about it anyway, but i see the lack of will from SE to find a solution to this problem, maybe you are worried that a paying customer willl be upset by such a penalty because he was fighting a Fate and could not accept? what about the other 23 paying customers in the queue that have to suffer because he wants to finish this fate? please consider the rest of us too, not just that person we are all paying customers and loyal to this game. please find us a solution to this, i want to queue ST and when my queue comes up i should not have to deal with this problem for hours, ty!
