Question: Game Cards

I saw that on Amazon they're only selling 60-Day Game cards, does no one sell 30 day game cards now?

I'm trying to get one for my friend who canceled his sub due to lack of money. If there's only a 60, then I might as well get that.

Also, does Crysta Points count as "Game Cards" since you can use either a CC or UGC (for now)?

For US, I believe only 60 day is sold, sont think Ive seen any other amount mentioned. And no, Crysta is just an alternate to paying directly each month.
