Having trouble launching game, unable to complete version check

I was playing perfectly fine last night before maintenance came up and was trying to get my WAR to a lvl 41 before maintenance. I did it successfully and logged off a bit before. And then I come back at 3:00am, read something about it being extended, the maintenance. So I just end up going to bed. But as I got on this morning, it gave me an error screen saying, "Unable to complete version check. [20458][20447[20457][410]". Any idea on what I should do? I've had some friends try and help me figure out what it happening. But the rest play on PC. I'm on PS4. So I just ended up deleting the app and now reinstalling it. And even then I don't know if it will work. If it doesn't, what should I do to fix this problem. I've searched all over google for this issue and there's not much to go by on this. I'm stumped and tried everything from resetting my PS4, to waiting at that error screen to see if it would download in background. But they haven't worked. What do I do?
