Steps:
1.Im a level 50 White Mage and I already did the quest to get the Unicorn mount.
2.The quest is showing as completed on the journal.
3.Im missing the mount and I need you to replace it and put it back on my account like it should.
4.I've contacted the GMs in game, I called the Square Enix customer support line and send and email out via my computer and through the game, but I keep getting this answers that sound generic and computer generated.
5.Its been more than a week and still no one has been able to help me.
6.I like the game but if you people are not willing to help me I will leave the game.
7.I pay a subscription and I should be able to receive a decent service.
