How housing could be fixed. Privet Instanced Areas for FCs?

A thought occured to me while playing the other day.

On Balmung server as well as many other legacy servers it seems that it's nearly impossible to aquire land do to the massive shortage. But my link shell and I came up with a possible solution.

Being a .Hack series role play and social link shell we all remember a part of the series where guilds could actually buy their own mini-server like area that was verry simmiler to instanced areas on FF14ARR.

So would it be possible for SE and the Dev team to make large customizable instanced areas for FC to purchace? I would think it wouldn't be farfetched being as simpler MMOs have done simmiler things and it would have manny advantages as well. From Roll Playing FCs having places to role play in to easing server strain by seperating the large groups from the main areas via an instanced area.

Mearly a thought but it may be one worth looking into if the devs ever see this.
