Increase interval of Alfgar's blasphemous prophecy preaching.

It's just too annoying to have him say the exact same thing over and over again every 20 seconds.

OK, I'm really starting to get aggravated here. I've heard he pops near the fountain in Ul'dah outside the Adventurer's Guild, yet I have NEVER seen him. >.<

And I have stood there specifically waiting for him MANY times. Am I cursed? :(

hes there all the time lol. Dont know the purpose of doing the quest yet as all i ever get are deaspected crystals for whacking 50 soldiers i thought it woulda yielded some sp at least.

the ability to wack 50 soldiers solo, give me thrills in my blood veins..

I think the point is the crystals, achievment and to add more to the story. But thats about it.

Well ya and the fun to kill all those imperials muhahaha

Honestly though, i tried finding these events around where the NPC said it was happening but i could never find them, anyone point me in the right direction please? i'd love to take part.
