Buffs:
- Paladins can now flag clear and Aetherflow strip with Glory Slash.
- Monk PvP skills get a damage boost, Somersault gives Perfect Balance, and One Ilm Punch can strip Aetherflow. Fetter Ward cooldown has been decreased.
- Dragoon PvP skills get a damage boost. Fetter Ward cooldown has been decreased.
Nerfs:
- Bards need to close in to use Blast Shot.
- Blackmages have reduced duration heavy and binds.
- Aetherflow can now be stripped from Summoners and Scholars.
