I was interested in roleplaying, but I don't want to make a permanent switch to Balmung because I have friends who don't wish to transfer. Does anyone know if there's A roleplay linkshell or FC here? If not, is that something anybody would be interested in doing with me?
How would you even switch to balmung? the server is locked to new characters. I've already got characters there and am a returning player (I played back in 1.0) but the veteran/returning player/'sorry that you had to experience v1.0' rewards that I've been given aren't available on those 2 characters, only on new character I roll. and I cannot get new characters in for the life of me :/
I thought about transferring. I know that at certain times it's not as full. I was able to make a character at 7Am CST, but I had been trying for a week. I'd really just like to switch my monk over and play with her, but I don't want to leave behind the friend's I've made.
Server transfer has nothing to do with the character lockout, it only applies to creating new character since you already have a character you can just transfer to any "locked" server as long as you don't mind dealing with the occasional queues
