Support Contact,kinda few questions

Hi, i have shearched how to conctac square enix by email or something like that, becouse
i couldnt find any awnsers on support sites and etc. I dont know if here is the correct place to post this, if not please say it.
I have few problems :
Security Token,i ve lost it.(prob there is an answer somewhere, but i didnt find, sorry)
How to change my birth day(yeah... i know, i put a wrong birthday by mistake,dont know my birth day game now. )
And how can i play ff xiv on 2 or more PCs without have to change my passaword every time.( guss i need the security token)
