I'm sorry if someone has already asked this question.
We have purchase a Medium house and used a Composite Permit that we have purchase for a million.
Now, my question is if we can repurchase the Permit to a different, say Stone, is there any way to do it without losing the land?
Also, does Relinquish Land causes me to lose the land or the house itself?
After you purchase the permit, you can change the style of the house without buying another one. It's in Housing and then remodel exterior.
The permit pretty much is just giving you permission to build, after you've got that you can build any style, no matter what permit you got.
As for relinquish land, that is giving up the house and land so yeah, don't hit that ;)
Does it change the interior stairs, walls, and built-in pillars to Stone style? As if I have used Permit of Stone when I've built the house for the first time.
The interior pillars, stairs, etc. are the same for all houses within a housing district, regardless of what style of exterior you have... For example, there is only a "Glade" style for houses in the Lavender Beds. This can't be changed at the present time... Only flooring, wallpaper, and ceiling lights can be remodeled in the interior.
So lets say for example, that I bought a house Permit (Stone) and the guy next to me bought Permit (Wood) on the same area/floor, we would have the same interior models (Stairs, and pillars) and the only difference would be the initial exterior model that can be changed using the exterior remodel items?
Yes, your stairs and pillars will be the same as the house next door to you, no matter what exterior house type you choose. That is all decided by what area, (Gridania, Limsa, Uldah) your house is in.
