Game purchase Issue
Guys,
I just bought the collectors pack and I have the order I got deducted from my bank account but I didn“t receive the game code!! and I need it to change my account from free trial to regular account..
can anybody help me with it??

Is there any GM, Forum Moderator or someone who can tell when or where get the activation code after getting the game??? I can't swap my free account to a regular account

May not be able to get account related assistance from SE right now, since it is the weekend.
The code is often included somewhere in your receipt for your purchase--be that one you were able to print at the time of purchase or that got emailed to you afterwards. Depending on who you purchased from, there may also be an interface that you can log into to retrieve your download content and such. Within that framework, there should be a way to list your code. Gamestop and Amazon were doing this last time I purchased DLC from them.
If you can't get at it through such means, you should be able to contact who you purchased it from for retrieval. Make sure to have your receipt available to provide details to verify the purchase and such.

I got it from EsquareEnix online store, and it was the Collector Edition for Windows, my major concern is that I didn't receive any email regarding my purchase nor confirmation email. But I got deducted, I have the receipt from EsquareEnix Support and the order verification from the purchase.
But yes will need to wait till they come from their days off.

You guys are crazy impatient. If you don't get your codes within the hour (which I'm sure 80% of you already have), try calling them to see what's up. Keep in mind that your order is PROCESSING and that you'll get the email when it has FINISHED being processed.

why didn't you purhcase the upgrade through the Moogle Service? It doesn't require a code that way.

And honestly, it's pretty easy just getting it through Amazon. SE is still getting the money, I'm sure they won't mind
