[dev] Multishot cooldown

The multishoot cooldown animation is set to 5 seconds not 15. the actual ability does take 15 seconds to be available again.

My cooldown timer starts at 15 seconds.

There's a known issue with cooldown timers not displaying correctly sometimes, something to do with them keeping certain things server side. A reboot of your system and/or FF14 should fix the problem.
