Not authorised to purchase a land

This doubt has been resolved.

ok, to not making it long I will straight to the point.
I have collected 1 million gil and tried to purchase one of the cheapest houses in gridania. And found out that: You are no authorised to purchase or relinquish a land.

Anyone can tell me why?
I though personal houses were already available, ¿is that a free company plot or something?

I am not aknowledged with housing full information about what I can do and what I canot, what are the requirements and where are the FC Houses or how to get and see them and the same for the Player Houses.

So please, if anyone can guide me to a place or give me the information why i canot purchase my own house... would be much apreciated.

Ok I just finally found the information I needed to know. Sorry for bothering.

Personal housing hasn't been released yet, what's been released is personal chambers, which is a private room attached to your FC house.

Personal houses will probably be released in patch 2.38.
