T6 starting fight buffs

Hi, this is a small bug, that sometimes, when a player crosses the purple line to rafflesia, ir becomes impossible for the healers to cast buffs (protect and stoneskin) on him, its not a group killing bug since it can be resolved by either crossing the purple line and walking away from group and boss and coming back or by using /return. Its just annoying when we have to explain it over and over again (happened to me 4 times yesterday in the span of 2 hours). just to be clear, the selecting of the bugged member is possible, just the cast gets interrupted (like if the caster moved), and if you try to cast protect on someone close, the bug acts as if the player was out of range.
