Forming T7 and beyond Static GMT+10 Evenings

Hi I'm looking at forming a static of focused fast learning players to tackle T7 onwards at or around 9pm (GMT+10). Ideally I'm after a Tank, 2 Heals and 4 Dps as I main PLD but I may consider anything as I also have BLM,SCH,BRD available. I have just created a free company with the intent of setting up a small highly skilled group of players to take on SCOB and beyond which you may like to join (but not essential). I'll be honest if your looking for a group that will hold your hand, laugh at wiping 100 times and walk you through all content this is NOT for you, I'm looking for motivated skillful people that like to be at the top of their game and play their chosen job to a high standard. If you personally have T6 on farm (not cleared once by the skin of your teeth) and would like to knock over scob like a boss let me know here or in game, Thanks.
