cannot view my character in lodestone

I cannot view my current character on lodestone. My current character is Raz Remenez in Tonberry server, but it shows only my old character in zelara and aegis.

I have beenplaying on tonberry without any problem. The only problem is that my current character on tonberry is not available in lodestone. When others come to see my profile, they see my old character not current character.

Please help, it has been almost a month and chat support didnt help me at all.
