So finally the 2.35 is coming next tuesday 18 august, what content does SE release on this patch?

18 is monday

Chocobo dyes and Ixali tribe dailies isn't it?

Where's this information coming from? I don't see anything on the lodestone or the forums.

Official patch notes are usually given after server turned off for patching.

Sometime are given pre-release info as you surely have noticed in forum.
