Unable to Summon Retainer

Hello!

I recently created a new retainer on 8/17/14 and was unable to type in the name into the name your retainer window. After smashing my keyboard a few times I gave up and just hit the accept button and it somehow named my retainer "Watch your aggro!" from the auto translation. I didn't have any issue summoning my retainers until today. Now when I attempt to summon any of them. After clicking on the summoning bell my character becomes locked up and no prompt window with the retainers names appear. I am forced to crash the game to be able to move again.

Is there any possible way for me to rename the retainer? I think that is what is causing the issue. This is happening on the Midgardsormr Server on my main character Mae Lee.
