Main Story Key Item and Completition Problem

I have an issue with "We Come in Peace" main story quest.I had a 90k error when I was trying to complete the quest by giving the key item "Fresh Honey".After logging in the quest was still there to be completed but i have no longer got the key item "Fresh Honey" and can't be able to complete it because there is no way for me to obtain a "Fresh Honey" again because I completed the every other step of the quest.

Steps:
1.Initiated with the quets "We Come in Peace"
2.Completed the quest Objectives
*Speak with Mitainie at Westshore Pier.
*Speak with Rosa Hawthorne at Fullflower Comb.
*Examine the beehives and slay killer hornet clouds. 0/3
*Report to Rosa Hawthorne.
3.Amelain accepted the key item and after that i got a 90k error before the completition
4.After logging in back I have no longer posses the Key Item "Fresh Honey" and there is no way for me to obtain that key item again because i completed all of the quest's objectives.
5.Due to 4th step I can no longer complete the quest but the NPC has the green flaming icon over his head
