Human Mob
Is there a significance to the Human Mob? My party and I found a single Human Mob (I cant remember the name of it so i cant look it up) North West of Camp Horizon and couldn't find another after that...
Is it a quest mob? I'm fairly sure it wasn't an NM as the game showed it at level 29.
I apologize for being too lazy to do extensive searching on this thing. =P
In anycayse, it dropped some premade leather, which was nice. And it was kind of cool fighting a non beastman/monster. I want to see more Race based Mobs!

There are some immortal flames quests where you have to kill imperials, but i believe they pop other ones, if it wasnt an immortal flames quest then probably just an imperial scout as wit would be in the lore before the garlean invasion of eorzea
-
There are some Miqo'te poachers near Camp Nine Ivies, too

I have a sudden urge to Hunt all these guys down. XD

Bandits are normal spawns as well. So are zombies, which are "humanoid". There's plenty around, they're just lurking in out-of-the-way places for the most part.
A lot of quests also incorporate humanoid enemies, as does the R45+ dungeon.
Plus, since 1.18 there is a world event that takes place periodically north of Camp Tranquility in The Black Shroud and Camp Horizon in Thanalan involving wave after wave of Imperial soldiers that you need to fend off as they assault the regions. You queue up for it like a behest, and obtain you can obtain deaspected crystals as a reward at the end of the waves.

There are Humanoid mobs of all kinds except Elezen. Hyur = Bandit/Pirates, Lalafell = Deathhand Assassins, Miqo'te = Poachers, Roegadyn = Pirates.

If you stay up on the surface instead of following the road down into the canyon leading to the Ferry Docks in Thanalan, you'll come across some Hyur footpads as you approach Ferry Docks.

yeah, could just be my imagination but I've noticed a lot more hue-mon type enemies showing up since 1.18. Which I totally love!
Nothin' like engaging an enemy who uses our own abilities against us, and lets us pretend we are fighting someone who just stole some poor lala childs lunch money, or something perhaps more threatening and serious that can justify our violent actions..
