vote abandon/leaving punishment fix

I have read a lot of threads concerning players leaving dungeons/Duty Finder do to "new players" not knowing their role. Here's my suggestion:

Have the system pop a reward for completion if a new player (hasn't cleared yet) is in the party. Make the reward something big. They already do this with the roulette system providing an increase in rewards for Tanks and Healers that is... I feel this would make players more eager to help new players through whatever dungeon they're in.

I thought we already had a system like this as of 2.3. I will admit it kinda needs to be adjusted based on the difficulty of the content. Like titan ex could use something like 400 myth bonus or something.

They already offer rewards when a new player is in the party. You get bonus myth tomes, gil or GC seals depending on the dungeon or trial roulettes. (example. New player doing Chimera Fight for Relic? +50 Myth tomes for everyone after win).

people that do those roulettes, dont do it necesseraly for helping but because of the reward, meaning they dont care of the people.If they see that they wont get it after one or two wipes they leave or make all that is required to be kicked from the group, e.g. sit and do nothing. So no this wont change anything, the only thing that needs to change is people's brain..but that is not possible...you can increase all you want the rewards if people see they wont get those rewards they wont lose time they will just remove themselves to get a better chance with another group a bit later...and the real losers in all this are the players that had some hope to make it through and just find themselves having to requeue for hours at times.

I hope the game will let people who say "no" to abandon to stay in the duty. I can find 500 ppl who can replace those quitters and finish the last boss but no... I have to be forced to abandon because the others said so.

That's actually a good point. If a vote abandon comes up and more than (say) 25% to 49% of the people vote no, they should be granted the option to replenish the party in progress, while others who say yes, exit.
