unwanted automatic trigger of limit break

Time: this most recent time was between 5-6:30 pm on Monday August 11, 2014
Frequency: this problem of my character automatically triggering limit break as soon as the bar is full happens randomly, but once it happens on a character in a particular class it happens every time after that when playing that character as that particular class in any dungeon.
World name: this has happened on both Midgardsormr with a character I deleted and one on Fairie
Character name: the current character is Celtin Wyth
NPC name: n/a
Monster name: any boss fight with a limit break bar that gets full
Class/Level: that last character was whm and it started at about lvl 45. this character, Celtin, is a lancer and it started after level 30
Party or solo: party
In-game time: unknown
Area and coordinates: dungeons
Steps:
1. when the limit break bar is full, my character automatically triggers limit break
2. I thought that potentially I was triggering it by accidental pushing of some button but this turned out not to be true
3. in the most recent event, I was locked out of a boss fight and was not pushing any buttons, yet still my character made her "move" in an effort to trigger limit break as soon as the bar was full.
