T9 farming static seeking replacement MNK or BLM

Our static (no FC affiliation, we use an LS) has T9 cleared and is seeking a replacement MNK or BLM to start Tuesday, August 19th. We raid Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm PST for about 2 or 3 hours. We have a floating weekend day (which will be utilized more once 3rd Coil is launched) and we are all motivated to progress as quickly as possible when new content gets released.

Requirements: T6-8 clears and T9 experience (at least through Heavensfall) are mandatory. Know how to carry your weight; you will be replacing a very competent MNK who was part of enabling us to easily and consistently achieve 4 meteors/1 Ghost in T9. Please be a team player and willing to take constructive criticism if needed. Most importantly, please be a fun and interesting person; there's nothing worse than having a completely emotionless static member who doesn't seem to be in it for anything other than the loot!
